Director and Managing Partner Mr. Adarsh Garg joined business in 2014 after completing his graduation from Galgotia University in Mechanical engineering. He is a highly motivated personality and has supported his father since his school days. He believes “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
Since childhood his zeal and passion about business has introduced many new business partners & created employment opportunities in the business. He is currently taking caring of the sales and purchase department. Due to his gregarious personality, he has a strong network in this sector and he is using the same to grow his in-house brand “Acrux”. He is also passionate about dance and to pursue his hobby he joined ‘Sadhya’ to learn freestyle dancing. He is a travel enthusiast who says “Live your life by a compass not a clock.”
He also wishes to have his own manufacturing unit of Surgical Items & a well-known brand in Surgical Industry.
Director & Managing partner Utkarsh Garg is a mechanical engineer from the Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE) . He has also completed his internship in Bajaj Auto & because of his excellent work they offered him a job in Pune.
But after completing his graduation, he focused on his family business rather than climbing corporate ladder. He thinks “If you don’t build your dream, someone else will hire you to help them build theirs.”
His main focus is to create a management structure in his workplace, so that things move in a systematic manner & there is no hassle for his staff & customers to identify work or the products.
He also maintains all the financial affairs & the administrative work currently. His interest is to grow business in not just in the surgical sector but to cover the pharma and other healthcare sectors too & make the Garg Group a pioneer in Healthcare field.
